These useful sessions are aimed at employers still yet to stage and those who have already started their auto-enrolment project.

The earlier session is for businesses that need to select a suitable workplace pension scheme for their employees and will address the considerations you need to make when sourcing a scheme, how to allocate suitable time and resource. There will also be a section that covers the common misconception of many employers, who incorrectly believe their payroll solution will run auto-enrolment for them.

A small logistics company approached Johnson Fleming after their payroll provider had incorrectly set up the payroll software, the result of which was that they needed to wind back and re-run 40 weeks of assessments, re issue all communications, as well as the employer making good all back-dated contributions. The cost to the employer was in the thousands and with no contract or Service Level Agreement in place with their payroll provider the employer was left to pick up the bill.

For employers who have already staged and auto-enrolled their employees into a workplace pension scheme the later webinar will review the success of your project so far, the accuracy of your data, your choice of scheme and the resource required to implement it, as well as the cost to your business. The webinar will run from 12:00 midday to 12:20pm.
