ANDY Munday has been appointed this month (October 2018) as a First Line Support Engineer for a Bridgwater IT firm that helps businesses keep their computer systems up-to-date, healthy and secure.

Andy will be maintaining the business IT infrastructure of QSS IT’s clients, as well as offering effective and efficient IT support to both home and business users.

Managing Director and owner of QSS IT, Paul Moore explained:

“We’re thrilled that Andy has come on board. He brings a wealth of experience to his new role and is a very welcome addition to our growing team.

“Before joining us, Andy worked for several years with Viridor Waste Management as a first and, then, second line regional engineer. He also spent 14 years with a business ISP, Easynet Ltd, in various IT roles, the last of which was arranging the provision of business data lines with different levels of broadband connectivity.”

Prior to this, Andy was employed for 12 years with BT. His last role there was as a Project and Procedure Manager.

He said:

“I’m delighted to be joining the QSS IT team and to be able to assist its growing number of clients with their IT needs. I’m looking forward to getting out and meeting customers and helping solve their IT issues.”

When he’s not at work, Andy enjoys riding his motorbike, flying his drone and indulging in 3D printing. He is currently studying for a drone pilot’s licence.
