Tyne Chease is lovingly handmade by vegan chease inventor in the North East of England using the finest ingredients. As a small family run business, we produce a range of 100% plant based, artisanal cheases of the highest quality.
To keep our products pure and natural, we hand make our cheases using a short list of the best quality ingredients. We use organic ingredients and environmentally friendly packaging where possible.
Our soft cheases have an authentic cultured flavour, the maturity of which comes from the traditional methods of cheese making that have inspired our approach.
We don’t use any thickeners, oils, gums or artificial flavourings. Our cheases contain no GMO’s, lactose, gluten, dairy or animal products, but are produced in an environment where gluten products are handled.
We specialise in cheases that are worthy of the finest wines and are perfect for a classic cheaseboard to accompany crackers, grapes and chutneys. Althought our cheases do not melt, they are a fantastic addition to dishes such as pizza, pasta, sandwiches, salads and quiches.
