Midland Heart have appointed Glenn Harris MBE as their new Chief Executive Officer.
Glenn, currently Executive Director for Corporate Resources for the 32,000 home landlord, will commence his new position on Friday 30th March 2018.
The appointment comes following the announcement that Ruth Cooke will be leaving on Thursday 29th March to join Clarion.

"Having been with the Midland Heart for over 6 years, Glenn is a well-established member of the executive team and he brings continuity alongside a strong vision for the future of our organisation. Glenn joined Midland Heart following a career spanning seven years at East Midlands Development Agency (EMDA), where he spent five years as Executive Director of Corporate Services, followed by two years as Deputy Chief Executive. Prior to that, he was Deputy Chief Executive at NHS Logistics, supplying over £1bn of consumable goods to all NHS Trusts across England. Glenn received an MBE for services to business in 2012.

Glenn's current role includes responsibility for Strategy, Finance, HR & IT teams, and leading the Executive team’s corporate planning processes.
