The Wave Project, the UK’s leading Surf Therapy charity, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brett Simpson as Chair of its Board of Trustees.

Mr. Simpson brings a wealth of experience to the role. Earlier in his executive career he was a leader of global specialist technology and manufacturing businesses, with a track record of driving performance in challenging market conditions. He has successfully defined and implemented strategy, engaged and empowered teams, and developed investor trust and support. Brett now has a portfolio of non-executive and advisory roles, helping ambitious management teams deliver real and sustained shareholder value.

Brett started with us 6 years ago as a Surf Therapy volunteer in Scotland and joined as a Trustee in 2020. I am very much looking forward to continue to work closely with Brett and the rest of our strong Board to continuously increase our positive impact on the lives of children and young people."

Brett Simpson shared his excitement about the new role:
