Halesowen College students have been celebrating after another record year for A level, T Level and vocational results – with 98% achieving a pass.
Twenty-two A level subjects achieved a 100 per cent pass rate including Computing, Maths, Psychology, History, English and Geography.
Vocational students have attained an fantastic set of grades in their courses, whilst T Level results have been excellent with many learners achieving the highest grades.
Makayla is celebrating after achieving grades A in English Literature and Language, A* in Psychology and an A In Religious Studies. She will now be going to University of Leeds to study English Literature and Language.
Makayla said
“I have had a lovely journey at Halesowen College and had amazing teachers. Despite having dyslexia, I have overcome that and got top grades.”
Jenni is celebrating today after receiving an A in Politics, A in Business and B in History.
She plans to head off to University of Birmingham to study History and Politics. She said
“I have loved my time at Halesowen College, the teachers were amazing!
Frederick is celebrating achieving grades A* in Politics, A in History and an A in English Literature and Language. He will be starting at University of Warwick to study History and Politics.
Jageer and Joshua who have both received Distinction* in Level 3 VR Development. They are now planning to study HNC Computing with us from September.
Over 950 students have applied for higher education in 2024/2025 – a year on year increase for the College.
The College’s reputation, support, dedication and investment into its facilities continues to have a positive impact on learners' experience, with them achieving even higher levels of success rates this Summer.
