Jayne Hussey, Head of Office, Birmingham for Mills & Reeve, said:

“It has been a strong financial year for Mills & Reeve nationally. I’m especially proud to see the strong numbers achieved in the Birmingham office, which are a true testament to our talented team and strong client roster. Looking ahead, we are aiming to continue this upward trajectory through further talent attraction and development, alongside maximising our profile and continuing to support both existing and new organisations and clients across a range of industries.

“Our patronage of the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce will be key here, building on our already strong 25+ year relationship and ensuring we’re tapped into the challenges and opportunities facing Greater Birmingham and the Midlands over the coming years.”

Commenting on the financial performance, Justin Ripman, Mills & Reeve senior partner, said:

“It is an important part of our culture that everyone shares in the financial success of the firm and our all staff bonus is a great example of this. We recognise the importance of the bonus and the way in which we calculate and allocate it differentiates us from many other firms.

“On behalf of every partner in the business, I am extremely grateful for the role that everyone has played in winning work, being a leader in client experience and pulling together to support each other and push the business forward. Being able to pay a bonus reflecting the great performance of the firm is really pleasing.”
