Independent commercial finance brokerage, Bluestone, has launched a new Property Finance Division. This news means that Bluestone will now be offering a specialist and competitive service for any businesses or property investors looking to purchase, refinance, refurbish or develop all types of property throughout the UK.
To support this development to the service, Bluestone has appointed their first Head of Property Finance: Paul Bagnall.
Pauljoins Bluestone with 22 years of experience in property financefrom both a broker and lending background. With extensive experience of all areas in this sector, he will take the lead on all property finance arrangements within Bluestone including commercial and buy-to-let mortgages, bridging loans and property development finance.
Property finance joins Bluestone’s existing services as an independent commercial finance intermediary includingasset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and vehicle finance. Bluestone also partners with UK B2B businesses to enable them to offer their customers finance as a payment option.
