Commercial law firm Darwin Gray took home two awards at the Wales Legal Awards 2023 last Friday, making history as the only firm to have won Employment Team of Year in successive years. The firm was recognised amongst the best in the Welsh legal sector at a high-profile dinner at Mercure Holland House in Cardiff.

Defending the title of Employment Team of the Year 2022, Darwin Gray was the only firm to take home multiple team awards on the evening, adding Employment Team of the Year 2023 and Real Estate Team of the Year 2023 to its accolades.

The double success comes after one of the greatest periods of growth in the firm's 22 year history. The Employment Team, now up to nine members, is recognised and ranked in multiple UK legal directories and has been listed in The Times Best Law Firms Guide.
