Cartwright King Solicitors, a national law firm with offices in 17 locations across England, is aggressively expanding its highly regarded childcare team, with multiple vacancies open at all levels.
As part of this growth, the firm is actively recruiting a Regional Director of Childcare for its Manchester office and seeking experienced leaders to head up new Child Care departments in Oldham, Bolton, Preston, and Tameside.
Additionally, panel accredited solicitors are required for Leicester and Cambridge/Peterborough, alongside solicitor positions nationwide.
Over the past year, the firm’s childcare department has quadrupled in size, growing from 10 to 40 team members, and its outstanding contributions to the sector earned it a shortlisting at the 2024 Family Law Awards.
This latest recruitment drive reflects Cartwright King’s commitment to strengthening its position as a leader in childcare law.
CEO of Cartwright King, Abdul Hussain, expressed his delight in response to the continued expansion:
“We are dedicated to expanding our expertise in childcare law and ensuring every community has access to exceptional legal support,”
he said.
“We believe that working in the legal sector is more than just a job - it’s a calling. We are looking for passionate and driven legal professionals who want to be part of something bigger, something that truly impacts children’s futures.
“If you’re passionate about making a difference, we want you on our team.”
Cartwright King’s Family and Child Care teams have risen to new heights in the past year. Earlier in 2024 the firm welcomed high-flyer Ravi Kaur Mahey as Director of the Child Care team’s South division.
The team also partnered with domestic abuse and homeless charity IMPAKT and continue to fund coffee mornings hosted by the charity in which supporting agencies meet with professionals from the organisation’s numerous branches in Bedfordshire, Luton, Cambridgeshire, and North Hertfordshire.
The firm has also been listed in the Legal 500 and Chambers for its outstanding work in the Crime and Fraud department.
Abdul added:
“For families facing their hardest moments, the right legal support can change everything. With every new hire, we are growing not just in size, but in strength, compassion, and our ability to make a real difference in children’s lives.
“We are building something truly special, and we welcome those who share our unwavering dedication to join us.
“We are committed to strengthening our reputation as a leader in childcare law and are looking for the sharpest legal minds and top talent across the country to join our growing team. With our rapid expansion and recognition in the industry, this is an exciting time to be part of Cartwright King.”
