A new assistant manager has bolstered PKF’s award-winning corporate finance team in the East Midlands as PKF Smith Cooper, the home of PKF in the Midlands, focuses on strengthening its formidable dealmaking presence within the region through ongoing team expansion.
Joe Anderson has 10 years’ experience in working at a top-10 accountancy firm and supporting owner-managed businesses. He has helped business owners in a range of industries, developing strong experience in the financial services and healthcare industries, in particular. In his new role at PKF Smith Cooper, Joe will work closely with clients to understand their M&A needs and formulate plans to execute successful transactions.
PKF Smith Cooper has been pushing forward with team expansion plans throughout 2024, with Joe being the fifth new addition to the corporate finance division this year. In April, the firm welcomed a new corporate finance partner, Claire Spencer, to lead the East Midlands team and support head of corporate finance Darren Hodson in building PKF’s presence in the Midlands.
