The business is led by entrepreneur Emma Elston MBE, who successfully ran UKCM for 25 years before selling it to Impact Environmental Group (IEG) in 2023. Emma's career has been recognised with notable accolades, including being named Business Woman of the Year in 2012 and receiving an MBE for her services to manufacturing in 2015. While these awards acknowledge her business achievements, Emma’s true passion is supporting others and helping them succeed. As an Ambassador for The King’s Trust and the Women Supporting Women initiative, Emma is dedicated to giving back, mentoring those starting their own journeys, and helping others realise their full potential.
