Primas Law, a leading corporate law firm with offices in Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire and London has welcomed Jennifer Gallagher as Corporate Partner to support ongoing plans to grow the firm’s presence in Liverpool and the wider-region.
Bringing with her more than 15 years’ experience specialising in all aspects of corporate work, including both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate reorganisations, shareholder arrangements and joint ventures, Jennifer’s knowledge and reputation will significantly enhance Primas’ Liverpool offering.
Jennifer has spent much of her legal career in Liverpool, bookending four years working overseas in Dubai, specialising in international corporate transactions and foreign direct investments.
Primas opened its office in the iconic Royal Liver Building in 2022 and has significantly grown its reputation and client base in the city since then.
