Midlands law firm, Flint Bishop, has announced a new senior appointment at their Derby office.

Stacey Cox has joined as a partner in the firm’s employment and HR team.

Prior to joining Flint Bishop, Stacey spent 11 years at Elliot Mather LLP, where she progressed to the head of employment, before setting up her own consulting business providing employment law and HR support services to organisations throughout the East Midlands.

She advises on all aspects of employment law and HR matters, with a particular focus on assisting with employment-related issues involved in complex sale and acquisition transactions.

Stacey also has extensive experience of conducting employment litigation and has an in-depth knowledge of enforcing post-termination restrictions and dealing with claims for breaches of contract.
