His Majesty King Charles III has approved the Prime Minister's recommendation that global healthcare consultancy, Uptake should receive The King's Award for Enterprise in the International Trade category.

The King's Awards for Enterprise, now in its 58th year, is the most prestigious business award in the United Kingdom. It was previously known as The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise and was renamed last year to reflect His Majesty The King’s desire to continue the legacy of HM Queen Elizabeth II by recognising outstanding UK businesses.

Uptake is known for its consultancy to world-leading pharmaceutical and biotech organisations, with expertise including strategy, planning, capability, transformation, early commercialisation and launch. The Uptake has made significant contributions to healthcare performance over its 19 years in business.

Founder and CEO, Stephanie Hall said:

“We have become and continue to be a global force for growth for our clients and our people. We remain led by our purpose, to deliver work that positively changes more patients’ lives, and I am so proud that our team has achieved such a prestigious recognition for this.”

Stephanie and the Uptake leadership team share a sense of pride in delivering meaningful impact for their client base, and credit their teams’ practical senior experience, combined with a commitment to a bold, confident, joyful, and transformational approach.

Uptake’s team has recently been found delivering consultancy simultaneously in the UK, China, USA, Portugal and France. From its beginnings as a team of three in an office at Castle Gates in Windsor, the team is now much larger, with a robust group of over 50 employees, plus an extensive network of independent principal consultants.

The award is a wonderful moment for the Uptake team, who are looking forward to celebrating together.
