Par 59, the bar, restaurant and mini-golf concept backed by star footballer Gareth Bale, will open the doors to its new Harbourside venue just in time for Christmas, with a confirmed opening date of 9th December.

Par 59's bar, restaurant & competitive entertainment concept is the result of a partnership between The DEPOT, one of Wales’ most successful, independent entertainment brands, and Elevens Group LTD, a company co-owned by star footballer Gareth Bale.

Together, they opened their first Par 59 venue in Cardiff city centre in March of 2021; and have since welcomed more than 60,000 visitors through the doors.

This second venue, which will be based on Millennium Promenade, Harbourside, will encompass 15,000 sq ft of bar and restaurant space, and two custom-designed, mini golf courses. There will also be a separate darts room with four augmented darts boards, with the entire venue holding a max capacity of 500.

As with the original Cardiff venue, the Bristol site will host independent Welsh street food traders Dirty Bird. Their ‘Dirty Birdie’ offering includes a custom-designed menu of crispy buttermilk fried chicken burgers and sides, with vegan options also available.

In Bristol, craft beers will be supplied by The Bristol Beer Factory, fiercely independent local brewers who have been creating waves in the UK craft beer scene since 2004.

Par 59 has been brought to life with the help of independent contractors Paramount, and independent interior designers Studio Severn.
