Steph Giansante – a former Hello Earth performance and strategy director and one of the region’s leading digital and creative strategists – has launched her new growth consultancy, Bold Natives.

Bold Natives offers fractional CMO and marketing director services to DTC brands looking to launch, scale, or optimise their growth strategies online. With an initial focus on brands across the food, drink, homeware and fashion sectors, Steph plans to expand into other product categories throughout this year. It also supports North West digital and branding agencies through a bespoke white-label service, allowing them to bolster or launch new digital strategy and creative services.

Steph said:

“My career has seen me work on every side of the marketing fence. I’ve led strategies in-house, on the agency side and for e-commerce brands so I understand the challenges that businesses face, and I know how to drive revenue across every marketing channel. Setting up Bold Natives was a natural step as I wanted more autonomy and to focus solely on what I love - which is getting under the skin of brands and optimising their digital marketing to achieve commercial results.”

Steph said:

“With retailers’ margins under pressure, hiring an agency isn’t always feasible, nor is employing a full-time team with the skills to thrive. Bold Natives provides businesses with access to strategic growth expertise in a flexible, cost-effective way. We’re nimble, adaptable, and perfectly positioned to fill this gap in the market.”

The consultancy reflects Steph’s passion for blending traditional marketing strategies with the realities of today’s digital platforms to drive commercial growth. She added:

“Bold Natives is about delivering bold strategies and straight-talking solutions. We tackle every challenge decisively, driven by results, while collaborating closely with clients as an embedded part of their team.”

Steph’s career spans 15 years, working with brands including Flannels, Public Desire, Music Magpie, Li & Fung, JD Sports, LullaBellz, Lululemon, Huel, Purdy & Figg, Cole Buxton, Picante, and McQueens Dairies.

She concluded:

“Businesses are rethinking full-time hires, which can drain budgets without delivering the agility needed for growth. I believe the future is fractional – harnessing expertise as and when it’s needed. Bold Natives exists to empower businesses to supercharge growth, providing impactful results without the hefty price tag and long term commitment. I’m excited to lead this new way of working.”
