Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) has been ranked as the 31st Best Large Company to work for in the UK according to the latest survey from Best Companies.

Best Companies evaluated organisations across the country based on employee satisfaction to reveal what employees really think of their workplace, with the ‘Large' category consisting of private and not-for-profit companies of between 200 and 1,999 employees.

Lisa Elrod, Chief People Officer for Team ITG comments:

"The results for the Best Companies survey are most of all a reflection of the amazing attitude of our ITGers, and it's brilliant to be recognised amongst such prestigious names. We'll be analysing the results over the coming weeks and focusing on the areas we can still improve – fingers crossed for more success next year!"

As part of the survey, ITG was voted 6th for the Best Marketing & Media Agency in the country, presenting its strong creative attributes in the sector as well as engaging workplace culture.

ITG also found itself regionally placing 15th for the Best Large Company to Work For in London, and 18th in the West Midlands.

Simon Ward, Group CEO for Inspired Thinking Group said:

"ITG's culture is something that I've always held up as a key pillar of the business, and a major reason for the success we've achieved in a relatively short time span. With these results, it's great to see that, during a period of exponential growth for our company, the foundations of ITG remain not only intact, but stronger than ever."

The survey took place between October 1st 2022 and December 31st 2022.

Inspired Thinking Group consists of two distinct engines: Team ITG, delivering creative consultancy services, and Storyteq, a Creative Marketing Operations Platform transforming the way brands do marketing. These services, alongside subsidiary company Deployteq, enable major brands including Haleon, ASOS, and M&S to produce more content than ever for creative campaigns.

The news comes following the launch of Whittard's first ever TV advert, produced with Team ITG, ahead of Mother's Day.
