Following a record year for the firm, Knight Frank has expanded its residential development offering with two new strategic hires in Bristol. The 10-strong team based in Bristol and Bath offers a full service of planning, land agency, development and new homes sales across the region.
Nick More joins as Partner in the Residential Development Land Team. A Chartered Surveyor with over 11 years’ experience in the South West market, Nick previously held roles at GVA and Colliers International. Nick specialises in the disposal and acquisition of development land and property for residential, commercial or mixed-use schemes, as well as providing advice on conditional contracts, options, promotion and JV agreements for landowners and developers.
His role at Knight Frank will also see him provide consultancy advice on development land and viability studies, as well as undertaking development appraisals, S106 Financial Viability Assessments, RICS ‘Red Book’ valuations and options appraisals.
In the planning team, Tom Sadler joins asSenior Planner, following four years at GVA in both their London and Bristol planning teams. Tom has extensive experience in preparing and managing planning applications, promoting land through both strategic and local planning policy processes and providing commercially orientated planning advice to private landowners, developers, investors and the public sector. His work has spanned a diverse range of projects within Greater London and throughout the UK.
Both Nick and Tom join Tom Stanley’s team to further strengthen Knight Frank’s Planning and Development offering in order to service clients on projects throughout the UK.
Nick and Tom are both based in Knight Frank’s Residential office in Clifton, Bristol. Knight Frank is currently advising on 22 new homes schemes across the Bath and Bristol region with a combined GDV of £245m.
