National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is aiming to grow its machinery and business assets (MBA) division in the South West with the appointment of a new head of department in Bristol.
Jason Hall, who first joined LSH after its buyout of the ES Group in March 2015, joins the Bristol office as a director and plans to build further on the division’s strong reputation for providing first-class valuation and sale advice on industrial and commercial business assets.
He will head a team of four within the LSH Bristol office, with a total MBA team of six covering South West and Wales.
Qualified as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), 32-year-old Jason started his career with the ES Group, joining as a graduate in 2006, before becoming a fully qualified valuer in 2010. Since then, he has been involved with more than 160 online auctions and multiple private treaty sales, plus numerous business sales and asset valuations.
Commenting, Jason said: “The MBA team does exceptional work, providing services across the South West and Wales, and I am looking forward to nurturing our existing client base and developing new relationships with insolvency practitioners, banks, solicitors and private clients.”
“It’s an exciting time to be part of Lambert Smith Hampton because as a consultancy, it has ambitions to continue its growth and in the MBA division, there is huge potential to build on our reputation as a premier provider.
“I’m excited to be heading up the division in Bristol and the surrounding area with the opportunity to develop both the team and our services.”
Peter Musgrove, head of office LSH Bristol, added: “Jason has first-class skills and many years of experience in the machinery and business assets sector. He is a highly valuable addition to our team, and we are delighted he has agreed to head the division.”
