Manchester-based Luma Marketing has secured two new clients and recruited an additional team member, achieving its largest ever headcount of seven.

BCorp firm AEW Architects and global consultancy Hatch have signed with the integrated marketing agency which proudly operates as a built-environment specialist.

Luma will deploy AEW and Hatch’s strong brand messages across written and digital channels, as well as in-person events and activity will span a number of channels, including marketing strategy, strategic PR, email marketing, social media support and event management.

Dovetailing marketing activity with client business objectives, a large focus of Luma’s forthcoming activity will be centred on major industry events, including MIPIM, UKREiiF and Housing 2025.

Luma was established in 2016 and recently welcomed visual comms lead, Megan Blunn, to the fold.

With more than 16 years of graphic design experience, Megan’s creative focus will complement the team of accomplished marketers, communicators and copywriters.

Lucy Lomas, founder and director at Luma Marketing, said:

“The last 12 months have been a real game-changer for the agency and our headcount has grown in-line with our client base.

“We represent some great businesses invigorated by the UK government’s 1.5m homes mandate and looking to either strengthen or maintain their position in their respective supply chains and we’re only happy to help.

“Alongside the macro-economic factors that affect us all, we’re excited by the marketing challenges set to us and have kicked off 2025 with a determined and positive outlook.”

Luma Marketing operates from Stevenson Square in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter and is a B2B agency specialising in property and professional services.
