He joins Refresh from PR Agency One, where he spent eight years across two stints, most recently as a Senior Account Director. He has also worked at Brazen and Peppermint Soda. Rick has a proven track record in building long-standing relationships and delivering creative and strategic PR campaigns for clients. He specialises in generating significant commercial outcomes which result in realised organisational impact for his clients.
Rick’s new role will involve expanding the agency’s client portfolio and growing existing clients. He will also work alongside the senior leadership team to support further agency growth, develop its high-performance culture, and advance its internal training programme to foster the next generation of PR and marketing talent.
