Soap Media's Dual Focus on Awards and Cookieless Strategy Drives Business Boom

Soap Media, a full-service digital agency with offices in Preston and Manchester, is proud to announce further prestigious recognition from Clutch and Prolific North Champions. These awards have fueled a surge in new business, attracting high-profile clients like Hollywood Bowl to their roster. 

Starting off 2024, Soap Media garnered acclaim by being named in the Clutch Global Top 1000 List, placing the agency in the elite 0.3% of companies on the platform. The accolades continued into the first half of the year when Soap Media was also honoured as a Clutch Global Winner for Spring, a Top Full-Service Digital Company, a Top Digital Marketing Company, and a Top Google Ads Company. Each of these titles was awarded by Clutch following a stringent evaluation process of the quantity, quality, and recency of verified reviews, the diversity and scope of clientele, competitive specialisations, and strong brand awareness and industry recognition. 

The momentum continued in March 2024 when the agency was shortlisted for three categories after entering the Prolific North Champions Awards. They went on to win the Web/Product Development Agency of the Year award for their work on security, accessibility, and user experience across numerous client projects. 

In anticipation of the cookieless future, Soap Media has also been proactive in preparing both their agency and their clients for this significant shift in the digital landscape. The agency is developing a new marketing funnel that aligns with the changing times, focusing on innovative approaches to data, tracking, and user perceptions. This forward-thinking strategy ensures that their clients remain competitive and well-positioned when cookies are eradicated.

This approach to the digital landscape, coupled with their recent stand-out awards, has influenced a significant increase in the number of service enquiries, leading to the agency partnering with notable clients including Hollywood Bowl, YorkTest, Claremont Group Interiors, Oddies, Rise Technical, Sunset Hospitality Group, and Woodyatt Warner. 

To manage this unprecedented client growth, Soap Media has expanded their team, hiring nationwide talent due to their decentralised setup. The SEO and Web Development departments have both added new experts and are still recruiting for additional roles. Three new departments have been established including Organic Social Media, Data Science, and Account Management, and the agency is also actively looking for further staff across sales and marketing to support their continued expansion.
