Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has announced the relocation of its South West and Wales team to the award-winning EQ development on Victoria Street, Bristol.
CBRE will be taking space on the first floor, encompassing 7,500 sq ft overlooking the building’s atrium and accessed via its own staircase. The space will be occupied by CBRE employees relocating from the current office in Clifton, which has seen recent headcount growth from 50 to over 90.

This premium office space is well aligned with the company’s values and was chosen by CBRE after close collaboration with its own Workplace Strategy team, who analysed desk optimisation and the business’s projected growth.

CBRE’s Project Management team will be managing the fit out of the workspace and the move is expected to take place in Q2 2025.
