Hollis promotes seven to director across Bristol, the UK and Ireland

Hollis, one of the UK's largest real estate consultancies, has promoted seven senior team members to directors across its offices in Bristol, the UK and Ireland.


The promotions represent Hollis' ongoing growth and its dedication to continue delivering industry leading services. The newly bolstered team of directors furthers Hollis' capability for innovation and rewards the expertise of its high achieving team.


Promoted to director in Bristol, Richard Hunt is responsible for overseeing the building defects service and helping clients manage risk, maximise value, returns and proactively manage their assets.


Rob Devoy at the Leeds office becomes director and will continue to drive delivery across a range of sectors, specialising in contract administration, building surveying, technical due diligence and dilapidations.


Russell Garnett based in Ashford has been promoted to director. He has decades of experience in environmental specialisms including due diligence, contaminated land investigation and risk assessment.


Derek Houston who heads Hollis' FM consultancy and specialises in mechanical and electrical engineering becomes director at the Edinburgh branch.


Promoted to director in London, Sam Richardson will continue to provide his expertise across the public sector covering local/central government, education and health, as well as heading up the firm's business development department.


Jonathan Collett becomes director in London. He is an experienced building surveyor and building consultant specialising in the project management of commercial refurbishments.


The Dublin office sees specialist in building surveying Sean Doherty promoted to director.
