Housebuilder unveils plans for new 150-home Cherry Grove development in Landkey

Allison Homes South West is set to deliver 150 new homes to Landkey, North Devon.


Following a reserved matters planning application submitted at the end of 2024, the regional house builder has kicked off the new year with the completion of the land purchase on its largest open market site to date.

The development, known as Cherry Grove, will see significant investment in the village of Landkey to create a community of two-, three- and four-bedroom properties catering to a diverse range of lifestyles. 30% of the development will be for affordable housing.

Work is expected to start in spring with the showhome expected to open in Winter 2025.
