Knight Frank has moved into a new modern office in the heart of Bristol’s business district which has been created by workplace design company Interaction.

The global property consultancy, which employs around 40 people in the city, has taken over a floor at Assembly B, part of a flagship mixed-use regeneration scheme in Bristol's Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone.

Knight Frank’s new 4,500 sq ft office has been designed by Interaction to cater for different work styles and includes desk seating, booths for focussed working and spaces for collaborative working.

Design highlights include a centrepiece boardroom for client meetings which features a giant TV monitor disguised as a piece of art. There is also a spin room with colour LED lights and a disco ball, as well as a refreshment area with a pool table and arcade machine.

Knight Frank’s branding is subtly reflected throughout the office - the staff breakout area includes Terracotta tiles from Italy which resemble the firm’s logo.

Christian Crawfurd, a partner at Knight Frank in Bristol, said:

“Interaction have created a stunning new office for us. It really is a testament to their creativity and professionalism. The space was delivered on time, within budget and problems along the way were solved by the Interaction team before we even knew they existed!”

Pamela D’Alessandro, creative lead at Interaction, said:

“Knight Frank wanted a showpiece modern office which properly represented their culture while also being the perfect space to host clients. Their new Bristol office certainly provides that and more. It also reflects the landmark building’s focus on wellbeing and community.”
