Leading commercial property consultancy Hartnell Taylor Cook today announce they have closed the deal on the new leasing of Cambridge House, a prime property in the centre of Bath, to renowned fitness company Marchon.

Situated right on the anchor of Bath’s retail and leisure scene, the completion of this deal will see Marchon opening their fourth training site in the UK and elevating the fitness offering of the city. The self-contained 6,224 sq. ft. previously occupied by Everyone Active is set to transform under the lead of key Marchon coach and Lululemon ambassador Justin Knussi.

Set over and below ground, the space is primed to become an integral addition to the wellness market in Bath. Just inches from the wealth of retail outlets and parking options belonging to the popular SouthGate complex, and only a brisk five-minute walk from Bath Spa Railway Station, which regularly services London and Bristol, this superb location caters to community needs for contiguity and convenience between activities.

On the doorstep of many offices, Marchon will be providing a bespoke health and wellness centre for Bath’s corporate crowd – with complimentary use for those with offices in the same building. Spread over ground and basement floors, equipped with extensive open plan training space, shower and WC facilities, and individual offices, the property presents much to be played with.

Commenting on the sale, Rebecca Harries, Senior Surveyor at Hartnell Taylor Cook said:

“The opening of Marchon’s new gym will bring a new offering that the residents of Bath have not yet seen and will be welcomed by all. We were delighted to work with Marchon to bring this new offering to market and look forward to seeing the company grow in the region.”
