The organisation is seeking a candidate with relevant experience in the following areas; Information Technology, digital, assets and repairs, and sustainability. 

Plus Dane employs almost 600 people and has more than 13,500 homes across Merseyside and Cheshire. 

2025 will be time of change for its Board. Current chair Sir Peter Fahy will step down in March after nine years and Max Steinberg will then take over in the role, having already joined the Board in October to ensure a smooth transition.
