UK planning and development consultancy Lichfields has announced the promotion of Myles Wild-Smith to Planning Director in its Birmingham office, continuing its strong growth trajectory.

Myles joined Lichfields in 2017 and has played an integral role in expanding the West Midlands team and the office’s range of services. Since relocating to Birmingham in 2019 to help set up the office, Myles has specialised in advising private sector clients on strategic land promotion, housing supply, demographics and S106 requests.
