Terry Spraggett Joins CPC As Non-Exec

One of the UK’s most experienced construction consultants, Terry Spraggett, has joined CPC Project Services Limited (CPC) as Non-Executive Director. Terry will be an integral part of CPC’s Property and Construction Division and Operational Board.

Previously Managing Director for Mace’s PREACH (Public Estates, Research, Education, Arts and Culture and Healthcare) construction arm, Terry brings 45 years of experience in business growing business units, leading teams and building successful client and supplier relationships.

Building the PREACH business from £60m to £300m per annum, Terry has led the delivery of award-winning construction projects including Zaha Hadid Architect’s Evelyn Grace Academy; the UK’s largest R&D facility - Astra Zeneca’s The Discovery Centre (DISC); the City of London Corporation’s law courts and police headquarters at Salisbury Square and a number of schemes for Russell Group Universities’ Capital Development Programmes.

Terry’s experience at executive level at major construction firms Taylor Woodrow, Bovis and Mace will support CPC to delivery on its ambitious ’50 in 5’ and ‘100 at 10’ growth strategy.
