A Nottinghamshire firm has been named in the Top 50 Best Managed IT Companies in the UK for the third year in a row.
Your IT Department received the accolade following a comprehensive business assessment, which recognises excellence in business operations such as leadership, sales, marketing and customer satisfaction*.
Statistics show the Eastwood-based firm has achieved a customer satisfaction rate of 98.5% over the last five years – 3.5% above the industry benchmark.
Managing Director Lee Hewson said the latest award was testament to the hard work and dedication of the company’s staff. Employees stay with the firm for an average of more than four-and-a-half years, compared with an industry average of 19 months.

Lee said he was very pleased with the company’s fast response to customer enquiries, with 96% of calls being answered within 30 seconds. The firm also has multiple support channels, with customers having the ability to book an engineer directly.
The awards scheme for the Top 50 Best Managed IT Companies in the UK is run by the American channel marketing company TechnoPlanet. It devised the awards programme to recognise well-run firms as part of a global mission to help the IT industry to become “bigger, better and stronger.”
