Birmingham-based labelling and artwork management software provider, Kallik, has teamed up with cricketing sensation, Sophie Ecclestone, in a dynamic two-year partnership, united by a commitment to pride, performance, pace and people.

Founded in 2001, Kallik works with a number of businesses within highly regulated industries, including pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetics, oil, food and beverage.

Kallik's prowess and state-of-the-art technology is widely known, with some of the world's biggest organisations relying on its software to deliver solutions that significantly improve speed-to-market, rapid change management and regulatory compliance.

Ecclestone's remarkable achievements as a spin bowler for the England Women's National Cricket Team and Indian-based UP Warriorz, have also been recognised globally. In 2018, Ecclestone won the ICC Women's Player of the Month, followed by receiving the Emerging Player of the Year award in 2021, launching her into the sporting spotlight.

The sponsorship, which started in August 2023 and is set to continue until August 2025, will see Kallik's logo appear on Ecclestone's UP Warriorz bat for the 2024/2025 season; a financial backing that will see her receive all-important funding, at a time when investment for women's sports remains lower than the men's game.

Discussing the partnership, CEO of Kallik, Gurdip Singh, said:

"Coming from a humble background, just like Kallik, Sophie's values perfectly align with our core principles of pride, performance, pace and people.

"As a company, we champion success and believe in supporting emerging talent. Sophie's achievements not only reflect her dedication and skill, but also symbolise our combined commitment to fostering excellence, particularly among women in sports. This partnership is a testament to our shared journey, values and determination to make a meaningful impact on the international stage, and together we can move forward, not just as a team, but as advocates for inclusivity and success.

"During this exciting partnership, we look forward to supporting Sophie in all her activities, including her role within the England Women's Cricket Team, the UP Warriorz, and the Indian women's cricket team."

Commenting on the partnership, Sophie, added:

"I am delighted to announce my new partnership with Kallik, as my back-of-bat partner for the next two years.

"It's a proud moment for me to align with a market-leading brand that champions a strong company culture, supporting and celebrating women in the workplace. I look forward to working with Gurdip Singh and the Kallik team on some exciting initiatives throughout the partnership."
