Following a three-way pitch, Pixel Kicks - the Manchester-based full-service digital agency - has been appointed by Northern Lights Gaming to design and create a brand-new website. The appointment builds on Pixel Kicks’ experience in the gaming sector and follows similar briefs for Airship Interactive, Marvelous Games and Peek & Poke.

Headquartered in Ancoats, Northern Lights Gaming was founded at the beginning of 2017 by a small team with 50+ years of experience in the online gaming industry. The team consists of creators, developers and designers who are behind some of the UK’s most successful desktop and mobile games. It also has offices and Stockholm and Krakow.

Northern Lights Gaming’s games are available to major operators and are exclusively distributed by Games Global. Its partner roster includes William Hill, Ladbrokes, Coral and many more global partners.

Over the coming months, Pixel Kicks will be creating a site that will help to position Northern Lights Gaming at the forefront of the game design industry - both in the UK and internationally. The key aims and objectives will be to showcase the back catalogue; to help support the launches of future games; to highlight publishing and media partners; and to help drive recruitment.

The new site is expected to go live in the first half of 2025.

Chris Buckley – MD of Pixel Kicks – said:

“As a fellow Ancoats-based business we are really excited to be partnering with Northern Lights Gaming. Since its launch just seven years ago, it has built a formidable reputation and has become of the sector’s leading players. Our focus is now on maximising that profile and helping the business continue its growth trajectory.”

Andrew Goodale – CEO of Northern Lights Gaming - added:

“This is a big project for us, so we wanted to work with an agency partner who understood us, our industry and target markets. Pixel Kicks clearly demonstrated that, and I am looking forward to seeing the new site come to life over the coming months.”
