Paul Hartshorn founded Leicestershire-based HIT Technology in 2008 and has occupied most roles within the business over those 16 years.

HIT Technology focuses on providing ERP solutions for SME manufacturers across the UK and Ireland and is a Premium Solutions Partner for global ERP vendor, SYSPRO.

Recent growth and development of the business has led to a requirement to have a member of the team focused purely on new business development, so Managing Director Andrew Longland, seized the opportunity to harness Paul’s experience and skill by appointing him as Head of Business Development in July 2024.

In his new role, Paul will focus solely on developing new leads and prospects, guiding them through the process of analysing their requirements, demonstrating the capabilities of SYSPRO and other value-added products and taking them through to proposal and agreement stage.

Speaking of the new role he is taking on, Paul commented
